Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft and review Agreements for Sale (APF), property sale deeds, leases, and other related contracts.
Ensure property transactions comply with RERA regulations, including registration of properties and developers.
Advise on matters related to property ownership, zoning regulations, and disputes over property titles.
Verify property titles, land-use rights, encumbrances, and other legal aspects before facilitating transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients using CRM tools, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of legal matters.
Handle the registration of properties with relevant authorities and ensure legal documentation is filed correctly.
Assist in resolving property disputes through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation if required.
Keep updated on changes to property laws, RERA guidelines, and relevant legal frameworks.
Monitor and enforce contract terms, ensuring all parties adhere to the conditions laid out in legal agreements.
Review and verify property titles and ownership documents for accuracy, ensuring clear title transfer during property transactions.
