Key Responsibilities:

• Visit District Courts, High Courts, Consumer Forums, RERA, DRT, and other legal authorities as and when required.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with the companys empanelled advocates and law firms.
• Collect and coordinate the collection of certified copies, case documents, hearing dates, and judgments/orders from courts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters, including court dates, case statuses, and related documents.
• Regularly update internal stakeholders on case progress and action points.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for case updates, filings, and legal documentation.
• Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents such as affidavits, vakalatnamas, agreements to sell (ATS), sale deeds, lease deeds, etc.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending legal matters to ensure smooth resolution.
• Handle various legal administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation and registration of ATS, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other related documents.
• Support in issuing allotment letters, ATS, and sale deeds to new buyers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) 
• 13 years of relevant experience in the court work/legal department.
•   Familiarity with real estate laws and civil litigation processes is a plus.  
• Good knowledge of legal procedures and court systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling
