Job Description

Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and client agreements
Handle client queries and provide legal guidance under supervision
Support in filing complaints against recovery agents and banks
Conduct legal research and review loan documents
Coordinate with clients, banks, and legal authorities as needed
Maintain case records and update CRM system regularly
Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of all client data

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of legal terms and processes
Knowledge of RBI guidelines and recovery laws (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
Strong ethics and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) or pursuing final year
Freshers or 02 years of experience in legal or financial sector
Internships in legal firms or financial institutions will be a plus
