Pre-requisites for the Job Role:
1. Bachelor's degree in law
2. Background in business and real estate law
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, judges,
and other professionals.
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal practices
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3. Proficient in research writing, communication, attention to detail and critical thinking
4. Previous experience as paralegals, legal assistants, or similar support roles would be
an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
5. Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various agreements in consultation with seniors.
6. Making standard agreements and SOPs for the reference of stakeholders.
7. Advising local unit on various statutes applicable to products and processes
8. Verification of property documents given for go down by any party
9. Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and prevent future legal
challenges.
10. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
11. Dispute resolution during the term of the lease, involving negotiation, mediation, or, in
more serious cases, litigation
12. Advising on issues such as rent adjustments, property alterations, and compliance
with maintenance and repair obligations
13. Interpret and explain legal documents, regulations, and policies to internal teams,
clients, and stakeholders
