Legal Intake & Client Connection Specialist

Location: Vasant Vihar, Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturdays off)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Advocate (practicing or non-practicing) to handle inbound client calls, assess legal issues, and connect clients with suitable external lawyers based on case type and location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking legal assistance
• Conduct initial legal intake and assess case requirements
• Identify legal issues, jurisdiction, and required expertise
• Connect clients with appropriate lawyers or legal resources
• Maintain accurate case records and summaries in the CMS
• Clearly explain next steps to clients and lawyers

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree (mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with call handling and documentation systems

Compensation:

• Salary based on qualifications and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,596.52 per month
