Drafting of commercial agreements, including but not limited to MOUs, NDAs, Contracts, CSR Grant Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and other matters.
Formulating, drafting and vetting of corporate policies in respect of companies under Companies Act, RBI Regulations, Insurance and other regulations

Compliance and Legal Research:

Conducting research on legal and regulatory developments affecting client companies.
Preparing compliance checklists and trackers for various laws and regulations as required by the Audit team from time to time.

Documentation and Coordination:

Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal and compliance documentation.
Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Following up on deadlines for compliance filings and reports.

Miscellaneous:

Providing administrative support to the firm, including record management and client correspondence.
Assisting in preparing presentations and reports as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Graduate in Commerce, Law, or any related field (preferable).
Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and other corporate laws.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MCA21 portal.
Good drafting and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

Prior experience or internship in a Company Secretarial or legal role is an advantage.

Remuneration:

Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
