About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Executive Assistant – Legal

to provide comprehensive support to our Legal Managing Director in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will ensure seamless administrative operations, manage confidential information, and coordinate activities to enhance productivity. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of administrative and legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Legal Managing Director, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Organize, draft, and review legal documents, reports, presentations, and client communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain structured filing systems (both physical and digital) for quick retrieval and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive legal matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track deadlines, legal filings, and action items to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Assist in planning and preparing for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Implement office processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and proactively support the Managing Director in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 6–11 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior legal leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, document handling, and office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
