Legal Entity Controller

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Legal Entity Controller to ensure the financial integrity of our India and US entities through effective oversight of accounting, audits, taxation, compliance, and internal controls. This role will deliver accurate financial reporting, enhance and streamline financial processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting for India and US entities, adhering to USGAAP/IFRS/IND AS.
• Manage periodic financial close, statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, oversee reconciliations, and maintain ledger integrity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Group Controllers, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to address operational and strategic financial matters.
• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and key finance initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA/ ICWA qualified
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance with strong exposure to audits, tax, compliance, and month-end processes.
• Advanced knowledge of IND AS, USGAAP, and core accounting principles.
• Proven experience in process transitions and system implementations (preferably SAP).
