Legal Counsel - Corporate & Investment Bank Payments Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining a global team as a highly motivated and independent individual. Your main responsibilities will include liaising and coordinating with legal colleagues at local, regional, and global levels, working on legal matters related to cross-border and cross-business activities, instructing and collaborating with external legal counsel, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing operational processes for improved legal support efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise and coordinate with legal colleagues and business partners on various legal issues - Instruct and collaborate with external legal counsel - Contribute to projects focused on improving operational processes for better legal support efficiency Qualification Required: - Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification legal experience - Experience in areas such as cash management, liquidity, e-commerce, financial market infrastructure, credit transactions, supply chain finance, factoring, receivables purchase, ICC Uniform Practices, and/or merchant acquiring - Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional environment - Capability to prioritize tasks and align with business needs and objectives,
