Legal Contracts (Telecom) - Senior Manager

As a Legal Manager at the fast-growing Fintech organization, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various legal documents to ensure minimal risk to the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and provide legal support to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks in legal agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, red-line, negotiate, and finalize a variety of legal documents such as Banking Alliances, Corporate PSAs, promotional agreements, and more. - Resolve contractual issues with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of special projects across all business verticals. - Analyze business requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions. - Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, mandates, and processes. - Manage end-to-end legal aspects of assigned business transactions. - Assess risks in ongoing legal agreements and assist in changes for compliance with IT, e-commerce, and privacy laws. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience in end-to-end contract management, preferably in a Fintech, Banking, or NBFC company. - Strong legal acumen with good interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Word/MS Office. - Law graduate with LL.B from a top-tier institute. - Experience in assessing and advising on compliance with e-commerce, FEMA, Data Protection, and IT laws. - Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. - Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
