Legal Contracts (Telecom) - Senior Manager

As a Legal Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring minimal or no risk to the organization by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various legal documents. You will also be responsible for resolving contractual issues with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for special projects implementation and providing end-to-end legal management of assigned business transactions are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of documents including Banking Alliances, Corporate PSAs, promotional agreements, Escrow agreements, Marketing agreements, Acquiring agreements, promotions, Banking referrals, Distribution contracts, EDC Contracts, Letters, Proposals, RFPs, etc. - Resolve contractual issues with various stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for special projects implementation. - Analyze business requirements, identify issues, and propose/implement solutions. - Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, mandates, and processes. - Provide general corporate advisory and support senior colleagues in assessing new proposed business models. - Identify risks in ongoing legal agreements and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of experience in end-to-end contract management, preferably in a Fintech/Banking or NBFC Company. - Strong legal acumen with good interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficiency in MS Word/MS Office. - Law graduate, LL.B from a top-tier institute preferred.
