Monitor and interpret relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization's policies and practices are up-to-date and in compliance. Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to identify and address compliance issues. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and HR regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies. Ensure proper documentation of all compliance-related activities and maintain records for auditing purposes. Prepare and maintain reports on compliance metrics and issues.
