Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Legal Compliance Officer. The Legal Compliance Officer will oversee regulatory compliance, assess legal risks, and ensure adherence to applicable laws. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, handling legal compliance matters, addressing legal issues, and supporting the organization in organised management of day-to-day legal affairs and compliance standards while minimizing legal risks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Law and Govt. related Compliances
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Day-to-Day Affairs Management
• Ability to address Legal Issues and provide sound legal advice.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of local, state, and national regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; additional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in managing legal and compliance matters, especially in the real estate or hospitality sector, is preferred.
