Legal Compliance Officer

You will be responsible for managing the application and compliance processes for FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licenses across multiple business entities. This includes coordinating end-to-end regulatory licensing procedures, preparing and submitting comprehensive applications, and collaborating with legal, operational, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely license processing. Additionally, you will monitor application statuses, compliance requirements, and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies with regulatory authorities. It is crucial to maintain up-to-date expertise in FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licensing requirements and implement effective compliance measures to manage risk and ensure licenses are renewed and maintained as per statutory norms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in regulatory licensing & compliance (FSSAI, CLRA, Shop & Establishment). - Strong knowledge of industry regulations and local laws. - Excellent documentation and reporting skills. - Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and online licensing portals. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.,
