Legal & Compliance Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling contract and legal documentation, compliance, and governance tasks in a corporate setting. Your role will involve drafting various legal agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining internal documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and update Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for client onboarding, employee onboarding, and third-party collaborations. - Prepare and manage Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements for employees. - Draft and maintain Client Service Agreements, including appropriate non-solicitation clauses. - Review client and vendor contracts for legal soundness and compliance. - Maintain a centralized repository of all legal and compliance-related documents. - Oversee and coordinate ISO certification compliance and renewal processes. - Implement and monitor data protection, information security, and confidentiality protocols. - Assist in risk assessments and internal audits related to legal and regulatory requirements. - Liaise with external consultants, certification bodies, and legal advisors. - Support management in ensuring compliance with labor, data protection, and commercial laws. - Develop and maintain internal compliance checklists and reporting mechanisms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB). - 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance functions. - Experience working with consulting, IT, or professional services firms is preferred.
