Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and legal compliance and factory compliance.

Qualifications

• Employee Relations and Policy Development skills
• Legal Compliance knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
