About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic legal professional to join our in-house legal team. The role involves managing end-to-end legal affairs and supporting cross-functional business units.

Key Management

• Drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts including vendor agreements, joint ventures, etc.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and arbitration matters.
• Know how of legal research would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate:

• LLB (Law 0-5 years of relevant in-house legal or law firm experience).
• Exposure to contracts, IP and litigation management.

• Effective communication with business functions
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
