This role offers hands-on experience in legal research, documentation, and the settlement process. We specialize in settlements, legal negotiations, with a mission to deliver fast, fair, and effective outcomes.  Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case use Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts and legal notices Help review files and support document preparation Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsels Join client consultations and internal legal discussions Attend ADR proceedings on behalf of clients Stay updated with relevant laws, rules, and case precedents Provide administrative, legal and paralegal support as needed. Requirements Law student (LL.B. or equivalent) Strong legal writing and research skills Organized and detail-oriented; good time management Interest in dispute resolution or settlement law preferred Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and legal research databases What You’ll Gain Practical experience in settlement and legal procedures Mentorship from seasoned legal professionals Exposure to real-life legal negotiations.
