Legal Associate (Arbitration)

About the Company

We are looking for a well experienced and driven Legal Associate to join our Arbitration Team. The role focuses on managing & coordinating for the supporting documents, claims, arbitration proceedings (both Local & Non-Local) while ensuring to act as key point for all the communications for the legal proceedings of the projects.

About the Role

Specific to the Role

• Be involved in the drafting, Preparation, Review, and finalization of required documents for the proceedings while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain Tracker(MIS) for all the legal proceedings & Hearing for review of status /progress with team & Management.
• Attend court cases in Delhi and NCR and other cities as required.
• Assist legal counsel in case preparations, document filing, and court appearances if required.
• Collaborate with and provide support to external panel advocates for case representation.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with legal representatives.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and documents for legal matters.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with colleagues in different locations.
• Maintain Case file and manage deadline for arbitration procedures and court related matters.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law and developments in the case hearings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or Equivalent
• Masters degree in Law(LL.M)
• Overall Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
• Type of industry: Any/ Experience in Infrastructure(EPC) Company
