Legal Associate

Position: Legal Associate – Immigration & Intellectual Property Law
Duration: Initial 2-Month Assessment Period (Leading to Permanent Role)
Location: Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Legal Associate to join our Immigration Law and Intellectual Property Law teams. This position begins with a 2-month assessment period, following which a permanent role will be offered to candidates who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, and proficiency.

The role offers the opportunity to work across two dynamic practice areas — assisting clients with their immigration process and its related legal documents as well as working on various documents pertaining to Intellectual Property Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various immigration laws and regulations as well as IP laws.
• Conduct in-depth interviews of clients based out of different countries and extract information on their history and journey.
• Draft and review affidavits, legal documents, petitions, applications, and agreements.
• Assist in preparing and filing trademark applications, responses, and supporting documents.
• Analyze and summarize case laws, statutory provisions, and policy updates.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and external counsel where necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and case management records.
• Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, accuracy, and client service.

Requirements:

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong interest or prior exposure to immigration law and intellectual property law.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions.
