Job Title: Legal Assistant – Real Estate

Location: Porur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 CTC
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Qualification: Any Law Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutiny, verification, and correlation of land and property documents
• Preparation of legal document flow charts and identification of missing links
• Drafting of Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Rectification Deed, Sale Agreement, and Development Agreement
• Coordination with management for legal documentation updates
• Handling customer legal queries
• Liaising with bankers for loan-related documentation
• Interaction with advocates for legal opinions and resolution of legal queries
• Working knowledge of CMDA and RERA rules and regulations
• TNREGINET online appointment booking and issue resolution with TCS
• Online Patta/Chitta and other property-related applications
• English and Tamil typing proficiency

Requirements:

• Law Graduate
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate legal documentation
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Background:

• Advocate experience in Real Estate field is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹35,675.45 per month
