  • Candidate will have to draft, review, negotiate all types of local and cross boarder contracts and vendor contracts (IT & non IT) such as services agreement, rate contracts, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, SaaS, license agreement, confidentiality agreement, statement of works, etc.
  • Candidate will be responsible for handling end to end contract cycle;
  • Candidate will be responsible of providing legal advisory on various legal and compliance issues to all the corporate Functions and Delivery organization.
  • Candidate will have to provide support on various compliance issues considering organization policies and law of land.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills mandatorily.
  • Candidate should be able to provide advise on various data protection related issues, data protection agreements, etc.
  • Candidate should have experience in handling legal notices and litigations.
  • Candidate should have good Legal research skills and should be able to work in a team.
