Legacy Modernization Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional with 15 to 20 years of experience in Legacy Modernization to join our team in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, GNDc, Chennai, and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Presales and RFP solutioning, as well as experience in Mainframe Modernization.

• Design and implement legacy modernization solutions using Cobol/CICS/DB2/JCL/VSAM/Assembler.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and data to ensure seamless integration with new technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on legacy modernization projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• At least 12+ years of experience in the field, including at least 2+ years in mainframe modernization and solution experience.
• Strong understanding of legacy/mainframe data migration to distributed/cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Experience working with full-time graduate teams is preferred.
• Skills: Presales and RFP solutioning experience is must along with Mainframe Modernization, exp in Cobol/CICS/DB2/JCL/VSAM/Assembler, legacy/mainframe data migration to distributed/cloud platforms.
• Notice Period: 0-45 days.
