Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer located in Jodhpur. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, grading assignments and exams, and conducting research in their subject area. Additionally, the Lecturer will mentor and support students, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to curriculum development. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the subject matter and teaching experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans Research skills and ability to stay updated with latest educational advancements Proficiency in using educational technologies and software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate with colleagues and students effectively Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education, or related field; PhD preferred Experience in the educational sector is a plus
