Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer based in Ernakulam. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, grading assessments, providing academic support and guidance to students, and participating in academic meetings and professional development activities. The Lecturer will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
• Strong assessment and grading skills
• Experience in providing academic support and mentoring to students
• Collaborative skills to work effectively with faculty and staff
• Master's degree or higher in relevant subject area
• Experience in higher education teaching or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
