Location: Gurgaon – Sector 37C Designation: Leasing Manager CTC: Up to 14 LPA Experience Required: 8 years+ (preferably in mall or retail leasing)Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with potential retail brands and tenants across categories (F&B, fashion, entertainment, etc.)Lead end-to-end leasing process – from lead generation to negotiation and closureBuild and maintain strong relationships with brands, IPCs, and brokersPrepare and track leasing documentation, LOIs, and lease agreementsMonitor market trends and competitor analysis to ensure optimal tenant mixAchieve leasing targets as per project timelinesPreferred Candidate Profile:Proven experience in retail/mall leasingExcellent negotiation & communication skillsStrong industry network and brand connectAbility to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
