Leasing and F&B Business Development Executive

We are actively looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Leasing and other F&B verticals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business footprint and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the leasing and F&B sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts to secure prime locations for our F&B outlets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the F&B industry.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyse sales and market trends to adjust strategies and plans as needed.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote the company.

Qualifications:
