Perform Sanity checks, Cross Check and verify Abstracts and System Data; verify and review System Reports and System Data for Accuracy and Completeness;
perform Lease Document Matching and Review for completeness to be able to Abstract;
Accurately record Lease Documents information into Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers;
Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve Document/Abstraction related queries;
Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirement; prepare area, cost-schedule and events variance reports for validation projects; ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies.
