Role & responsibilities

LMS Administration & Course Management

• Oversee And Manage The Day To Day Operations Of OMOTEC's LMS Platform.
• Upload, Organize, And Maintain Course Content, Quizzes, Assignments, And Student Resources.
• Configure User Roles, Permissions, And Access For Students, Educators, And Franchise Partners.
• Track Learner Progress, Generate Performance Reports, And Support Certification Processes.

EdTech Tool Integration

• Integrate And Manage Third-Party Tools Within The LMS.
• Support Educators And Content Creators In Using LMS Tools Effectively In The Learning Environment.

Franchise & Center Coordination

• Provide Technical Support And Training To Franchise Centers On LMS Usage And Course Delivery.
• Ensure Alignment And Consistency In Program Implementation Across All Centers.
• Liaise With Marketing And Training Teams To Ensure Each Franchise Is Properly Onboarded And Equipped.

Reporting & Feedback

• Build And Maintain Dashboards And Reports For Course Completion, Engagement, And Performance.
• Collect And Analyse Student/Teacher Feedback To Inform Continuous Improvements In Content And Delivery.

Content & Curriculum Support

• Collaborate With Curriculum Developers To Upload And Test new Modules.
• Assist In Gamification, Quiz Creation, And Project-Based Learning Modules Within The LMS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Background In STEM Education Or Robotics/Coding Training.
• Experience Supporting Franchise Operations Or Educational Product Rollout.
• Certification In Industrial Design Or EdTech Platforms.
• Knowledge Of Basic Programming Is A Bonus.
