Job Description

As a Learning Experience Design & Development Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring that faults and complaints are closed within SLAs. Additionally, you will be involved in gathering, organizing, sharing, and analyzing knowledge within the organization to make it easily accessible to employees. You will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical, where you will coach representatives from various BPO businesses to enhance their verbal and communication skills. Your tasks will involve maintaining qualitative and quantitative standards to meet customer and stakeholders" needs, developing and measuring the effectiveness of communication programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also conduct communication assessments, provide targeted coaching sessions to improve English proficiency, and collaborate with operations, training, and quality teams to align coaching with key performance indicators. In this role, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, primarily interacting with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially the work of others, functioning as an individual contributor within a team environment with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
