What would you do?
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development- Instruction Design o Knowledge of instructional design techniques, adult learning theory, and standard authoring tools o Strong written communication skills - working knowledge of editorial requirements– grammar and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality o Strong oral communication skills - ability to interview SMEs to define and structure instructional materials. o Knowledge of and practice with several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and standard authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate and other popular ones
What are we looking for?
- Create Training courses across all standard product types
- Develop a basic understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.
- Prepare questionnaire for SME interviews to gather content from client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to acquire content based on the learning objectives. (Request for lead intervention as required)
- Design content outlines and create storyboards for standard product types meeting the learning objectives. The turnaround time for deliverables should be quicker than the standard process timelines. The deliverables will be only audited (and not a detailed review) by the lead.
- Walkthrough the content outlines and storyboards with the client stakeholders and gather feedback. (Request for lead intervention as required)
- Create e-learning builds by integrating content, artefacts, and media using the standard authoring tools.
- Walkthrough the builds with the client stakeholders and gather feedback. (Request for lead intervention as required)
- Revise content based on feedback from internal and client stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback from the client stakeholders. (Request for lead intervention as required) Roles and Responsibilities:
