Learning & Development Trainer

As a Learning & Development Trainer at Adityaraj Capital, a premier investment holding company based in Belagavi, Karnataka, you will have a significant role in enhancing training programs to equip employees with skills and knowledge aligned with growth objectives. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within the financial sector. - Conduct engaging training sessions across various departments - Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps - Collaborate with L&D leadership to design relevant content - Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions for employees at all levels - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments - Integrate digital learning platforms and stay updated on industry best practices To succeed in this role, you should have: - 8-12 years of experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in financial services, investment, or technology-driven organizations - Strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principles - Ability to deliver interactive workshops in various settings - Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and excellent communication and mentoring skills Having a certification in Training, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development will be advantageous.
