Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the HR Operations team, you will be involved in various administrative tasks related to HR and rewards programs. This includes handling HR employment issues such as hiring and termination processes, labor law compliance, contract renewals, dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, retirement procedures, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel records, which includes job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records, details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression. Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain the training catalogue and calendar - Create training programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) - Consolidate nominations for training enrolments - Manage booking and cancellations of training nominations/programs - Coordinate pre-training activities such as logistics and participant lists - Handle post-training activities like attendance tracking and feedback collection - Support training costs distribution - Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Learning and Development (L&D) services - Communicate policies and standards on L&D to internal stakeholders - Capture data related to Learning and Development into appropriate systems - Review dashboards and handle post-training invoicing - Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) Operations - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Independent problem-solving capability - Effective communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language (Note: The additional details of the company mentioned in the job description have been omitted as they were not relevant to the job role.),
