Partner with clients and internal teams (including Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers) to develop comprehensive learning strategies and solutions aligned with adult learning principles. Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or consulting roles.
- Proven experience in partnering with clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience working collaboratively with Instructional Designers and/or Learning Experience Designers.
