Description
As a Sr. Learning Consultant reporting to the Learning Manager of the Technical Skills Development Team in Operations Academy, your role involves conducting learning needs analysis, developing, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of learning programs in collaboration with Program Managers. You will have the opportunity to deliver training sessions, lead in training needs assessments, design, implement and evaluate global learning programs, manage global multi-functional projects, assess learning efficacy, build client partnerships, follow standards, pioneer innovation initiatives, mentor colleagues, and handle administrative duties related to training sessions and learning materials maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training sessions to diverse groups in-person and virtually - Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning requirements - Design, implement, and evaluate global learning programs - Manage global multi-functional projects of varying scopes and complexity - Assess learning efficacy of learning offerings - Build client partnerships and engage with customers at various seniority levels - Align with group learning success measures - Initiate innovation initiatives and recommend process improvements - Mentor colleagues and support various projects as team deputy - Manage administrative duties related to training sessions and learning materials Qualifications: - Subject matter expertise in LSEG Desktop, Enterprise Tech workflows, and Product support - Knowledge of Operations processes and tools like Salesforce - Training delivery and facilitation skills in face-to-face and virtual settings - Instructional design skills for instructor-led and self-paced learning - Project management experience is advantageous - Stay updated on industry trends in Learning & Development - Excellent communication and colleague engagement skills - Strong customer management skills - Effective self-leadership abilities - Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and drive creative outcomes - Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback - Commitment to continuous learning and self-development Preferred knowledge & skills accreditation include completion of technical certifications, expertise in cloud technology, programming skills, and AI knowledge.
