Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist (Sales) located in Gurugram. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning management systems, conducting instructional design, and delivering coaching sessions. Day-to-day tasks include organizing workshops, creating educational materials, and mentoring sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Experience in Instructional Design and Coaching
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
