Minimum Qualification : BAMS/BHMS Training & Development To drive the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the organization. To roll out the Annual Training Plan for the year and maintain a track sheet. To ensure New Hire Induction program in conducted in a planned manner and Departmental Induction Program is completed within timeline. A tool to measure the effectiveness of the program to be designed and implemented. To identify Training Need via assessment tools and align the training agenda strategically to the organizations Business Plan and Mission & Vision. To conduct need based assessments, designs and develops training content for Training modules. To facilitate routine and need based delivery of training programs. To ensure mandatory trainings are facilitated and routinely conducted as per plan. To measure the effectiveness of training and ensure a return on investment. To assist in identifying performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance of team members. To routinely audit the effectiveness of the training and report improvement and discrepancies if any. To establish educational partnerships with colleges and Institutes to promote the organization and be considered as the employer of choice. To assist in the formulation and implement of a succession planning program and drive the implementation of the program to achieve the maximum potential team members. To design and train on developing High Potentials. To develop an Individual Training Plan for identified Hi Pots. To facilitate external intervention as and when required. To identify and conduct the First Time Manager Training module for all those who have been considered for the supervisory level. Employee Engagement To drive an overall standardized employee engagement activities across the organization as per a predefined plan. To monitor the engagement via a tracking mechanism. To conduct the Annual Employee Engagement Survey across the organization, publish the comparative to previous years and to analyze the trend. To assist units to draw up the Action Plan and ensure the achievement level is on the higher side as compared to previous year. Reward & Recognition To drive the Annual Performance Cycle for the organization. To train those on Supervisory roles on the appraisal mechanism. To derive skill and performance gaps from Appraisal identified training needs and map a training plan with an effectiveness measure. To devise and implement an individual training plan for those who have score lesser than expected in terms of performance delivery and bring them to speed. To closely monitor promotions and salary and the financial impact on the increase. To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reward and recognition programs are actualized as per plan. To create a mechanism for On the Spot recognition to keep team members more motivated. Customer Satisfaction: To routinely evaluate the training feedback and report improvement to respective stakeholders. Financial Management: To participate in preparation of Annual Training & Employee Engagement Budget. To determine the Return on Investment on programs. Training Related To recommend trainings and skill enhancement requirements for the team. To ensure coverage of 6 training hours for the team and self. To ensure a detailed departmental induction is conducted for all new employees in the team and routinely review the same. To conduct mandatory technical trainings and assist in ensuring the appraisal identified trainings are duly covered for all team members. To maintain relevant training documentation- Training Attendance, Feedback Forms & Evaluation for each training conducted Quality Related To be responsible for overall QA program and the tracking of Key Performance indicators. To maintain Quality Indicators and to analyze the trend and suggest improvement plans. To ensure that incident reports are initiated and duly closed within the given TAT and appropriate preventive actions are implemented. To maintain a feedback register with corrective and preventive measures. To assist in conducting NABH general awareness training for the team & conduct departmental internal audit as per the audit check list. To ensure the medical staff in the department undergo vaccination and annual medical check-up as per the requirement and timeline.
