Our values – Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Experimental, and Wellbeing – are our guiding principles and shaped our culture.As the Learning and Development Manager – F&B, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs specifically for the Food & Beverage division. This role focuses on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and service excellence of F&B teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, operational goals, and guest satisfaction.
  • This position is only for Indonesian.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D within F&B or Outlet Manager role in luxurious resort environment.
    • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, restaurant & bar operations, and guest dining experience.
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
    • Ability to design engaging F&B training content and modules.
    • Familiarity with e-learning tools and digital training platforms.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
