Job Description

As a Learning and Development Consultant from an E-learning background, your role will involve leading the L&D strategy and roadmap in line with the business plan. This includes planning L&D initiatives and training programs in discussion with HR and business leadership. Your responsibilities also include ideating, developing, and implementing a world-class E-Learning system. You will be expected to prepare the overall training budget and share it with HR and senior leadership, while tracking the roadmap and budget spend vs plan and taking corrective actions if required. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities for improvement in learning design and delivery - Design and develop learning policies and procedures - Ensure need assessment is translated to create a robust training plan and calendar for both direct and indirect staff - Facilitate the identification of skills gaps and learning needs for the entire employee base to meet the overall business objectives - Oversee the design and development of learning content including training materials, e-Learning courses, etc. - Build partnerships with external academies/institutions for the design and development of programs Qualifications Required: - MBA/Masters degree or equivalent with specialization in HR preferably from Tier 1 institutes, OR B.E/B.Tech from Top Engineering colleges + MBA/Masters from Tier 2 institutes - Minimum 8+ years of overall experience across HR - Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant/related industry and domain - Good understanding of new trends in L&D for software companies - Working knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies - End-to-end Training & Development Expertise - Different methods of capturing performance gaps and converting them into training needs - Change/Knowledge Management Training Metrics - New practices in T&D Business Orientation - Evaluating Learning Impact - Knowledge of various learning methodologies/tools - Knowledge of training evaluation frameworks - Good written and verbal communication skills In addition to the above, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Industry: IT/Computers-Software - Role: Learning and Development Lead - Key Skills: Training needs orientation, learning policies, HR needs assessment, knowledge management, business leadership, E-learning ideation to implementation, L&D programming consultant - Education: B.E/B.Tech For any further information or queries, you can reach out to jobs@augustainfotech.com.
