Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will play a crucial role in devising and implementing an organization-wide strategy for Learning & Development. This strategy aims to enhance individual development and capacity building in alignment with the institutional requirements. As the L&D Manager, you will be tasked with driving innovative training techniques and leveraging learning technologies across various areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs analysis at organizational, program, and individual levels to identify learning requirements and design targeted development programs. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with individuals at all organizational levels. Additionally, a solid understanding of available training and learning resources in the market is essential. Experience with authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning development systems will be beneficial for effectively executing the L&D strategy. Your key activities will involve developing a comprehensive L&D Plan based on identified needs, overseeing its implementation, and continuously evaluating and refining the processes to enhance effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing L&D budgets, updating training calendars, monitoring attendance, and collecting feedback for improvement. Generating regular reports and staying abreast of learning trends and best practices are integral parts of the role. The L&D Manager will be expected to work independently on new assignments, demonstrating a clear understanding of the organization's strategic direction and team goals. This position requires a Technical Graduate such as BE, MCA, or MBA with a proactive approach to learning and development initiatives. This is a regular shift position with the flexibility to work from home, transitioning to office-based work in Pune once regular operations resume.,
