ETL Lead (Informatica)

You will be accountable for delivering the Informatica ETL capabilities required by the business functions. Your responsibilities will include understanding specs, user stories, and product planning docs related to ETL implementation. You should have the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine the timeline for accomplishing tasks. Hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter/ICS is a must for this role. Your duties will involve analyzing the current ETL process, defining and designing new systems, as well as designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL processes. You will collaborate with users and team members at all levels to improve performance and provide suggestions. Additionally, you will participate in the adoption and implementation of best practices across key data elements and processes, helping to resolve critical issues and provide technical resolutions. Identifying, root cause analysis, prioritization, remediation planning and coordination, and execution of remediation activities for data issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of technologies that automate data processes.
