ETL Lead (Informatica)

As an experienced professional with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, your role as an Informatica ETL Specialist will involve the following responsibilities: - Accountable for the delivery of the Informatica ETL capabilities required by the business functions - Understanding specs, user stories, and product planning docs around ETL implementation - Converting business requirements into technical specifications and deciding timelines for accomplishment - Hands-on experience in Informatica Powercenter/ICS is a must - Analysing current ETL processes, defining and designing new systems - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL processes - Working with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions - Participating in the adoption and implementation of best practices across key data elements and processes - Helping resolve critical issues and providing technical resolutions - Identifying, root cause analysis, prioritizing, remediation planning, and coordinating and executing remediation activities for data issues - Participating in the development and maintenance of technologies that automate data processes - Having good knowledge of Databases (SQL/PLSQL) - Unix knowledge is considered good to have Your technical skills should include proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter/ICS. Additionally, soft skills such as strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, ability to work under aggressive timelines, persistence, multitasking, and innovation are essential for success in this role. You should demonstrate competencies in owning and driving tasks/assignments while collaborating with peers and other Technology teams. Balancing fast time to market with proper Governance, Compliance, and Audit mandates is crucial. Working closely with teams across the globe for project development and delivery is also expected.
