You will be accountable for delivering the Informatica ETL capabilities required by the business functions. Your responsibilities will include understanding specs, user stories, and product planning docs related to ETL implementation. You should have the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine the timeline for accomplishing tasks. Hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter/ICS is a must for this role. Your duties will involve analyzing the current ETL process, defining and designing new systems, as well as designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL processes. You will collaborate with users and team members at all levels to improve performance and provide suggestions. Additionally, you will participate in the adoption and implementation of best practices across key data elements and processes, helping to resolve critical issues and provide technical resolutions. Identifying, root cause analysis, prioritization, remediation planning and coordination, and execution of remediation activities for data issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of technologies that automate data processes. Good knowledge of Databases (SQL/PLSQL) and Unix knowledge is beneficial for this role. **Technical Skills:** Informatica PowerCenter/ICS **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills, being a team player, collaborative, ability to work under aggressive timelines, persistence in getting things done, multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously, and challenging the status quo with innovative ideas. **Competencies:** Ability to own and drive tasks/assignments while collaborating with peers and other Technology teams. Balancing fast time to market (client delivery) with proper Governance, Compliance, and Audit mandates. Working closely with teams across the globe for project development and delivery. **Qualifications:** Consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication. Having 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.,
