Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

As an L&D Manager in our organization, your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy to support individual growth and capacity building aligned with organizational needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Drawing up a detailed L&D Plan based on identified developmental needs and methods. - Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Plan with a focus on effective outcomes and thought leadership in program design. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of structured and informal learning methods, making continuous improvements as needed. - Refining existing processes and establishing new ones such as preparing and tracking the L&D Budget, updating the Training Calendar, and capturing training feedback. - Tracking L&D data and generating MIS reports regularly. - Staying updated on learning & development trends and best practices. - Understanding the strategic goals set by senior management and aligning team objectives accordingly. - Providing guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments. Desired Skills: - High-quality written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization - Success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies - Experience in conducting needs analysis and running development programs - Knowledge of training/learning offerings in the market - Familiarity with authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and eLearning development systems Education Required: - Technical Graduate such as BE, MCA, or MBA Location: - Work from Home (Pune once office resumes),
