Job Description

Assist in organizing and coordinating internal training programs
Support end-to-end training operations including nominations, attendance, feedback, and reports
Coordinate with vendors internal stakeholders for smooth execution of sessions
Maintain training calendars, trackers, and MIS reports
Handle logistics for training programs (venue, materials, communication, system access, etc.)
Share training communications, invites, and reminders with participants
Collect and consolidate training feedback and prepare summary reports
Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
Update and maintain learning records on LMS or internal systems
Assist in evaluation of training effectiveness and documentation

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of L&D / Training function
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Willingness to learn and support multiple training initiatives

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Exposure to HR / Training / L&D activities ( full-time)
Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reports
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
