As an Academic Advisor for Digital Marketing Programs, your role will involve conducting personalized academic counseling sessions with potential students through phone, email, and online platforms. You will be expected to understand each student's career objectives and recommend suitable Digital Marketing programs like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to drive enrollments by engaging effectively, providing personalized guidance, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. Additionally, you will need to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets, build strong relationships with leads, and keep accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications & Requirements: - 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or related fields. - Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. - Proven ability to handle objections and assist students in making informed enrollment decisions. - Target-oriented with a history of meeting or surpassing sales/enrollment goals. - Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
