Job Description of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts This role is to support the execution of high-impact transformation initiatives aligned with a consulting-defined future-state process roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement projects across onboarding, billing, service, cash application, and collections
● Translate “golden process” designs into executable actions on the ground
● Coach and mentor Green Belt project leads across journey teams
● Collaborate with analytics teams to define, track, and baseline CTQ metrics
● Drive stakeholder alignment and standardization in fragmented process environments
Requirements:
● Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
● 10-18 years of relevant experience in shared services, finance operations, or customer operations
● Proven success in project delivery within large-scale transformation programs
● Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills
● Led a team
● Must have handled the project of Black Belt for Transformation Programs in Billing areas
