Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Join a leading manufacturing group on a journey toward operational excellence! We are looking for a passionate Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive lean principles across our production facilities. This role plays a critical part in reducing waste, improving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead implementation of Lean tools: 5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, JIT - Conduct value stream mapping & layout optimization - Drive waste reduction and productivity improvements - Implement OEE tracking, line balancing & standard work systems - Perform time-motion studies and develop visual management systems - Coach cross-functional teams on Lean tools & CI culture - Lead Kaizen events and build lean training capabilities Desired Profile: - Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Lean implementation - Proficient in tools like VSM, 5S, OEE, RCA, Kanban - Strong experience in automotive or precision manufacturing is a plus - Proven change leader with coaching and training capabilities Location: Pune Industry: Leading Manufacturing Group Interested candidates can share their CVs to: hari@asppl.in,
