Title: Lean Expert Location: Bangalore About Client : Our client is One of the Leading and Reputed Company in Plastic Packaging Manufacturing Skill Set (If Any) : Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Lean Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Excel, Power Bi Role & responsibilities Drive Lean transformation projects across manufacturing units. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency. Apply industrial engineering principles to improve productivity and reduce costs. Evaluate layouts and workflows to ensure efficient material handling and labor utilization. Recommend and implement changes to optimize production processes and resource utilization. Provide Lean methodology training to teams at all levels. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. Hands-on experience in data analytics and using insights to drive decision-making. Experience in Advanced Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
