Lean Consultant

As an Experienced Lean Consultant at Novo Nordisk Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing LEAN thinking within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting projects in kaizen activities, conducting training sessions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency. By identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements, you will streamline processes and promote a culture of excellence. You will be a part of the Strategy team in Bengaluru, working with dedicated colleagues on significant investment projects. Embodying a culture of scientific thinking and continuous improvement, you will facilitate problem-solving workshops, share best practices, and lead improvement initiatives. Your role will involve designing and delivering training modules in LEAN tools, principles, and mindset to enhance organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate for this role is motivated to deliver impactful change, enthusiastic about fostering a continuous improvement culture, and skilled in engaging and developing people. With a focus on collaboration and prioritizing urgent tasks, you are agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. Your academic background in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management, along with formal LEAN and Project Management training, will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, fluency in English is required, and prior consultant work experience would be advantageous.
